payment of 30% of the rental is required to secure the property for
your preferred dates. The balance of the rental, is required 8 weeks
before the holiday start date.
For bookings made less
than 8 weeks prior to the holiday start date:
payment for
the total rental, and any extras is required.

a booking is made, no payments are refundable.
