Booking your Cyprus Villa
To Book your Villa with
sbs-villas.co.uk simply follow the steps below:
1. E-mail us details the property and dates of your choice using the

Form.
All bookings are subject to our full

Terms
& Conditions which you will need to read and accept, before continuing further.
2. We will then check availability with the property Owner and then confirm back to you. Please note that your booking will not be guaranteed until we have received the completed Booking Form, your Payment and we have sent you our Reservation Confirmation.
3. Once we have confirmed to you by e-mail that the villa or apartment is available, you will then need to complete our Booking Form and send it to us by email.

4. You will then need to send us a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total villa or apartment rental cost. Please note that for late bookings within 8 weeks of departure, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking. Payments should be made by bank transfer or by cheque, paid into any HSBC bank as explained in the Booking Form.
5. Balance of payment is due not less than 8 weeks prior to arrival at your holiday property.
6. Once we have received your completed Booking Form and Payment, we will re-check the availability and send you, by email, our formal Reservation Confirmation. Once your final payment has been made, we will send you, by email, our final Booking Confirmation together with Driving Directions for the villa or apartment and a comprehensive Accommodation Guide.
7. Balance payments can be made by following the instructions at
'Balance
Payment'.
